Light candles and assist with setup during ceremony
Ensure ceremony officiant is ready

Basic Coordination Package

This package is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding themselves and want professional assistance to ensure their day runs smoothly.

Our basic level package includes all of the above mentioned services, a one hour planning phone call, on-site rehearsal assistance, and up to 8 hours onsite during your wedding day.

Silver Bells - $700

Intermediate Coordination Package

This package is perfect for couples who want extended onsite support, including timeline management and vendor oversight, to relax and enjoy more of their wedding day.

Our intermediate level package includes the basic level services, and up to 10 hours onsite during your wedding day.

Happily Ever After - $850

Advanced Coordination Package

This package is perfect for couples who want comprehensive onsite support for up to 12 hours, covering every detail from setup to send-off.

Our intermediate level package includes the basic level services, and up to 12 hours onsite during your wedding day.

Please Note: Travel within 30 miles is included in package pricing. Additional mileage beyond 30 miles may be billed at $0.65 per mile roundtrip. Additional travel fees may apply on a case-by-case basis.
